class=\"aioseo-toc-item\" href=\"#block-5694930b-71bb-460f-9b62-88c5beb5c968\">\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\u529e\u7406\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u9500<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5145\u6ee1\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\uff0c\u5546\u6807\u5728\u4fdd\u62a4\u54c1\u724c\u8eab\u4efd\u548c\u58f0\u8a89\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\uff0c\u4e0e\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u5546\u6807\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4f1a\u88ab\u64a4\u9500\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-reasons-for-turkish-trademark-cancellation-lawsuits\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5546\u6807\u64a4\u9500\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u539f\u56e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5546\u6807\u6cd5\u6839\u636e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wipo.int\/news\/en\/wipolex\/2017\/article_0004.html\">\u7b2c 6769 \u53f7\u5de5\u4e1a\u4ea7\u6743\u6cd5\u5178<\/a>\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u64a4\u9500\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u7406\u7531\u3002\u6ce8\u9500\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e3b\u8981\u7406\u7531\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u672a\u4f7f\u7528<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u6ce8\u518c\u5546\u6807\u8fde\u7eed\u4e94\u5e74\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\u4e3a\u7531\u63d0\u8d77\u64a4\u9500\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7edd\u5bf9\u7406\u7531<\/strong>\uff1a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u663e\u8457\u6027\u3001\u63cf\u8ff0\u6027\u8981\u7d20\u6216\u8fdd\u53cd\u516c\u5171\u79e9\u5e8f\u3001\u9053\u5fb7\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\u6216\u8fdd\u7981\u6807\u5fd7\u7684\u5546\u6807\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u64a4\u9500\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u76f8\u5173\u7406\u7531<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u5546\u6807\u4fb5\u72af\u4e86\u5728\u5148\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u5982\u5728\u5148\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u5546\u6807\u6216\u9a70\u540d\u5546\u6807\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u64a4\u9500\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8bef\u5bfc\u6027\u6216\u6b3a\u9a97\u6027\u5546\u6807<\/strong>\uff1a\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u5546\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u6216\u5730\u7406\u6765\u6e90\u65b9\u9762\u8bef\u5bfc\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u5546\u6807\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u88ab\u64a4\u9500\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u901a\u7528\u6216\u5e38\u89c1\u672f\u8bed<\/strong>\uff1a\u5b8c\u5168\u7531\u901a\u7528\u6216\u5e38\u89c1\u672f\u8bed\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u5546\u6807\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u80fd\u533a\u5206\u5546\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u64a4\u9500\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure id=\"block-85f307f2-b213-4c37-a999-d5985be2164a\">\u5728\u571f\u8033\u5176\uff0c\u65e0\u6548\u7a0b\u5e8f\u65e8\u5728\u8d28\u7591\u73b0\u6709\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f01\u4e1a\u6216\u4e2a\u4eba\u6709\u6b63\u5f53\u7406\u7531\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6ce8\u518c\u5546\u6807\u4e0d\u5e94\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u5219\u6709\u6743\u5411<a href=\"https:\/\/www.turkpatent.gov.tr\/en\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u4e13\u5229\u5546\u6807\u5c40<\/a>\u6216\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u8d77\u65e0\u6548\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-64d4cd02-ed99-4c64-90ad-ef66b36f5a69\">\u5982\u679c\u8bc1\u660e\u64a4\u9500\u7406\u7531\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u5219\u65e0\u6548\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ef\u5bfc\u81f4\u64a4\u9500\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-b7aca521-18de-4067-a4c4-566b9715e72a\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5173\u4e8e\u5546\u6807\u64a4\u9500\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-0fbd3ac2-3887-442c-80cf-c3159bef7d57\">\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5546\u6807\u64a4\u9500\u8bc9\u8bbc\u53d7\u7b2c 6769 \u53f7\u300a\u5de5\u4e1a\u4ea7\u6743\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u548c\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u89c4\uff08\u5982\u300a\u5de5\u4e1a\u4ea7\u6743\u6cd5\u5178\u5b9e\u65bd\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff09\u7ba1\u8f96\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-35f1c6ad-1a1e-4d76-bb6a-873721c9a84d\">\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6d89\u53ca\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4e25\u683c\u9075\u5b88\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u53d6\u5f97\u5706\u6ee1\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u8058\u8bf7\u4e00\u540d\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u8bc9\u8bbc\u5f8b\u5e08\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9a7e\u9a6d\u8fd9\u4e9b\u590d\u6742\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6c34\u57df\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u4f73\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"block-d0fe01a9-92c0-4092-ba7b-3be114bf7c8d\">\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u8bc9\u8bbc\u5f8b\u5e08\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u8bc4\u4f30\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u4f18\u7f3a\u70b9\uff0c\u51c6\u5907\u6709\u8bf4\u670d\u529b\u7684\u8bba\u636e\uff0c\u5e76\u8ba4\u771f\u5904\u7406\u6240\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u624b\u7eed\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
